Carrot members with applicable benefits may seek reimbursement for eligible services. Reimbursement is subject to your individual benefit and Carrot's requirements; Fiat Mater cannot guarantee coverage or reimbursement.
This approval applies to postpartum doula services only. To be eligible, services must be provided through Fiat Mater and billed by Fiat Mater — payments made to personal accounts do not qualify.
