Fiat Mater — The Doula Club
Better together.
A professional community for postpartum doulas — aspiring, newly trained and experienced — built on generosity, mutual support and shared growth.
Why the club exists
Relationships between doulas change careers.
Rebeca has seen it first-hand. Providing backup support to other doulas brought her paid opportunities, experience caring for more families, lasting professional friendships and client reviews that helped her reputation grow.
She wants other doulas — especially those just starting out — to have the same chance to build those relationships. The Doula Club is a place to find each other, support each other and grow together.
Four pillars
01
Discover
Professional visibility. A profile you control, so families and peers can learn about your work when you choose to share it.
02
Connect
A private member directory to find doulas near you, share interests and make introductions.
03
Collaborate
Backup support and collaboration. Let peers know you're open to backup work — always voluntary, always your call.
04
Develop
Shared resources, peer learning and mentorship over time. Fiat Mater activities are recorded as attendance or completion — never as certification.
Founding Members
The first members are personally invited by Rebeca. Founding membership is free — no subscription, no fees. Founding Members of the Fiat Mater Doula Club help shape the community, try its first features and tell us what would make it genuinely useful.
What membership is — and isn't
The club makes introductions and helps you be seen. It does not guarantee clients, referrals, employment, income or certification, and it never commits you to a family or a shift.
